The Global Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Association is headed by Grandmaster William Cheung, direct disciple of Yip Man, and teacher and close friend to Bruce Lee.
His active involvement with Wing Chun for over 55 years has earned him widespread recognition in the world of Wing Chun and martial arts alike.
During his 35 years of teaching Wing Chun, Cheung was inducted by Black Belt, Inside Kung Fu and Blitz magazines into their Halls of Fame. In 2006, Dr. Cheung was appointed "Ambassador of Peace" by the United Nations. He is also the author of numerous books and video titles.
Grandmaster Cheung's passion for knowledge and teaching has also lead him to establish specialized courses in tactical defense (CTD), personal protection (Pro-Tekt), meridian therapy (CMT), stress management (CSM, CSSM, CFSM) and personal empowerment (CEP).
He has worked with actors, athletes, has personally taught many students and continues to consolidate his knowledge and reach out to a wider audience through workshops and seminars.
